things i have learnt during that 2 weeks
- whenever in doubt, just ask. apparently while my supervisor was doing the appraisal form, he commented that i didnt communicate much and stuff and encouraged me to ask more questions to understand and self improve when i start my first job. yeaa i know where he is coming from. like at my age, new to the working world or rather industry, they wun expect u to know everything and its ok when u ask questions, or even so called stupid qns. so yeps
- dun compare ur $$$ with ur fellow peers or colleagues. i have learnt it the hard way.
- sometimes its better to be careful of the pple u mixed with in ur workplace. but of coz there are some pple who are really nice and willing to help and stuff (esp the pple in sgx which im really thankful for). anw yeaa impt to note that unfortunately in this world not every1 is like that
orientation started today. and i guess my image is ruined after the role play which i had to act as an auntie :// pple are generally nice i guess. im just glad i managed to survived the first day there la.
i miss sgx! though some said i actually miss the 2hr lunch and tea break. :p
