i could sense her disappointment when i told her i couldnt make it for dinner tonight
so i tried to 'mi bu' by asking my sis to arrange some tea session at her favourite yakun this afternoon.
so she, my mum, grandaunt, sis, mingen and I were present this afternoon.
her appetite has dropped quite alot.
she only managed to finish one slice of toast the whole afternoon. thats all.
she blamed the medicine for causing her to totally lose her appetite.
and my sis was making fun of her, telling us that she always complains when she has to take her medicine, just like a little kid.
she laughed and told my sis to stop it or else she will be 'angry'.
we left abt half an hour later.
my mum and mingen decided to go to the bakery to get some breakfast.
and my sis was walking with my grandaunt so i decided to walk with her.
i rmb when i was younger, i always lovee to hold her hand when we went marketing.
i really miss those days.
and now, she has to hold onto mine.
i realised she has really aged quite a lot.
every step she takes now requires alot of energy from her.
her feet were pretty swollen from the last time i saw her.
anyone could tell that her feet were hurting whenever she tried to move forward.
as usual, she put on a brave front, smiled and asked me how's my studies.
i smiled back and told her that it was still manageable.
and then she said something which almost made me tear.
"most importantly, i hope i can be present during your graduation ceremony."'of course!! if not, i will not graduate.' i told her.
she laughed at me, knowing that i was just kidding, before walking towards cold storage.
since then, negative thoughts kept flashing across my mind.
a lot of 'wat if-s' which i do not have any answer to.
perhaps all i can do now is pray and spend more time with her.
thats why i always keep certain days free so that i can spend more time with her.
i wish time could be nicer to all of us here
so that we can spend more time with our loved ones.
i know it might sound pretty clinche
but why wait until times like this b4 we start to cherish the people ard u?
we cant turn back time
so its not too late if u start now
and not regret later on.

i know i really shouldnt be here but i guess 5 mins wouldnt hurt. =)
im so ecstatic/delighted/over the moon/overjoyed/happy this whole week, despite having to stay in school till like 1230 am to finish up our research methods project on monday and have to pia for wealth planning presentation which is tml. there are a couple of good news which i would like to announce
- i have received an email from credit suisse to go for a aptitude test next tues (although i think all who applied for cs have to go thru that test but oh well). so now im waiting for national australian bank to release the results which i have no idea when.
- i got an A for my korean essay!! whahaha!! i dun even rmb getting A for any chinese essay in my life can. jokes.
- prof chong has finally replied my email regarding fyp and zy and i are gonna meet him tml! *BEAMSSS* he has finally replied us after zy and i pestered him the past two fridays. lol
- spore is gonna host the youth olympics 2010!!! doesnt really concern me but its sth to be happy abt!! =)
- tml is the last day of my hell week/s and then RECESSSS WEEKKKKK!! wheEeEee

me: huh. i think mindy might not be able to make it leh since its vday (secretly wish that he would say ok change to another day)
!@#$%: oh den its alright. the rest and i are still single so we dun intend to celebrate. so the four of us can start first on thurs w/o mindy.

how i wish im currently attached now. -______- project deadlines are meant to kill us especially when they are all so close tgt. and it really doesnt help when u wanna take a break in the morning and decided to watch 'chao an ni hao' (thats the only show on tv in the morning btw) and u see your TUTOR on tv. eeeekkkkks!! ok back to work.

from far it looked like some wig ronald macdonald wears to promote mac. Lol
and yep so sad lah. only the 4 of us from her tutorial class were present for krys' party - me, valmond, hf and yw. the best part was we were lost at changi area plus me and hf were in retro outfit. and the place was rather deserted so those cars that drove past were giving us weird expressions.
when we reached the place it was alr 9 plus and it supposed to start at 7 (we were freaking late. we were super hungry and they had some event on stage so we immediately went to the food section thinking that the rest had alr eaten. and it was only later we realised they haven started and we were the first to eat. LOL.
anw damn sad. i guess krys' friends recognised me as the arm wrestling gal. anw she actually mentioned to many abt me arm wrestling with some of our friends back in yr one (and zy was one of them. LOL). some random guy actually want me to arm wrestle with him sommore can! MADNESS!! -___- its a pity that we didnt manage to see some of krys' yachts coz they were too big. LOL
anw im damn stressed this week! almost every night i sleep at 3 am, trying very hard to complete wad i need to do. at least my hardwork was paid off, really appreciate it when andrew msg me to tell me that the report was pretty well done. u know such actions really do mean sth esp during this period when many deadlines are ard the corner and all of us are super stressed coz its the cny period and many cant meet up or do much either.haiz. i really do hope this period will pass peacefully man. its the cny period, but i dun feel the spirit. sighhh
and i feel like getting a new haircut. =)
