so ytd was the cookout 2007. pretty cool. i was late(em VERY late thx to hy) but im glad i managed to meet up with the ip kids. it was kinda boring until junxu entertained us with his guitar skills. hes very hilarous lah. trying very hard to impress us and failed terribly. haha. guess he has to work a little harder if he wanna impress his secret crush. LOL. =) will post the photos another day. ms yew is a little lazy on the last day of 2007. lol

anw 2007 has been a great yr for me. this yr,
- i managed to get the specialisation that i really wished for.
- i have completed 2 10km runs with hy and my sis.
- i managed to meet up with my friends that i have totally lost touch with like ck, terence, ian, renying and alex chua
- i saw NAT HO like twice this yr!
- i worked with my buddy xiaotian at LA =))
- i went for the inspirational talks that hy invited me to
- i managed to be in the same class as my tutorial mates in sem 1 for sem2
- i'm still surviving in cp.
- i had many gatherings this holiday! gess class, gess canoeing team, nj class, nj gals team, nj FULL team, uni gathering. and i really really love u guys! =)

and of coz, 2007 is also the yr my sis got married and shifted out to her new place. its a lie if i said that i dun miss her. it took me pretty long to get used to my new life w/o her. coz i was super dependent on her previously. and until now, i still miss her presence. like when im feeling down or anything, shes still the first person ill think of, w/o fail. ytd, she came over and we talked for a while. den i asked her if i had changed since she got married. shall not write wads her ans but im glad that i didnt make her worry for me. thanks sis! really appreciate wad u have done for the family though i nv get to tell u face to face.

ok. im gonna be late for my dinner. gg to imm's long beach to meet my distant cousin and den meet jingxiu and chit to countdown. a very happy new yr to all of u! and have a great 2008! =)

i loveeee my team!! =))

there are so many many more photos but i really darn lazy and shall post these! =)) this time we went to mindy's place for our team gathering. and we started eating at 2pm all the way till 8 pm?? LOL. we had roasted duck, chicken, my cheesecake, pizza, finger food, muffins, sausages, tiramisu and alot alot more. mindy's parents were simply amazed by how much 12 ex-canoeing gals can actually eat. we just ate and ate. watched liu xing hua yuan ( oh yes!! the taiwanese show that made us crazy over f4 in our sec skool days) and mindy insisted on watching the part when shancai played the piano and made dao mingsi's mum fuming mad. and thats not really the exciting part. the exciting part is when mindy was trying to find the vcd that has that part! that gal is freaking funny lah!!

and den we had our usual gift exchange. i was pretty shock that mindy had forgotten hers AGAIN!!! oh man. maybe next yr the person planning should call one by one and tell her who she has to buy for. if not we ll have pple like mindy every yr. LOL. and i hope the person im buying for likes the present. and hy! i loveeee the shoes!! =))

oh yes! i cut my hair today!! and its kinda ugly. went to ms's chapter 2 and a guy called panny kuan cut for me today. i made the mistake of telling him that i want a major makeover (and he TOUCHED my fringe!!!). haiz. oh yes its really a massive change. even my classmate couldnt recognise me when i called out his name at raffles place. haiz. omg. and im gonna have a team gathering tml. with my THIS hair. I NEED A CAP!!

oh and i met up with my gess classmates just now!! at first i felt really awkward coz its almost like a 2E gathering. and charmine and i were the only gals. and after she left, I was the only gal with like 10 other guys! -_-. most wanna to clarke quay. so in the end only me, chunkiat, terence and lihao stayed at bugis. decided to go shaw house to eat my fav ice cream b4 walking to raffle city and see most of the shops closing for the day. anw ck is amazing. he actually rmb most of the stuff i told him back in sec skool. like my birthday and my secret crush in sec skool. LOL. jokes. hes really a nice friend to have. thx bro! =)every1 is like the same. not much changes. or maybe i nv really interact with them. oh well.

so thats my secondary skool peeps, charmine, chunkiat and my UGLY HAIR!! =(((

and oh i finally got back my results!! I'll say its pretty ok. quite relieved with the grades coz i really tot i would have done alot worse. esp investments when i felt so dead after the paper coz i totally screwed it. im thankful that my coursework helped me alot.

and zy and i concluded that bnf pple are rather scheming. always saying things like "oh die. this sem im so gonna get 3rd class honours (or sth along the line)" and in the end get a gpa of 5. oh pls these pple should just vanish from the surface of the earth. -_-

how to make an AWESOME strawbery cheescake in erm 10 mins:
- get a box of sara lee's cheesecake. available in most major supermarkets. =)
- cut strawberries and place on the cheesecake.
- if too plain, add maltesers ( both original and dark)

and VOILA!! u ll get leepeng's awesome strawberry cheesecake!! haha i know im damn pro! well at least most of my teammates finished the cake! and they said it was awesome! =))

i found this on some dbsk fan's blog! its them wishing their fans a merry merry christmas!! though i cant read jap! oh chit pls help!! =)))

anw these are freaking funny!! its dbsk again in chief costumes (OMG!!) making chocolate truffles and cookies. hy should go watch it. jj is like so focused when he was making the cookie dough ( and he made a pizza cookie!! gosh but i dun mind having a bite of it!!*beams*) and yunho was like giving some korean lessons while the rest were working on the cookies. junsu's the best. he was dancing in the midst of the preparation and even ate some of the uncooked dough. seriously a problem child. LOL. and i like micky's hair here!!! and they are really creative. they made curry and wasabi flavored chocolate. cool or wad?!?!

was taking photos with my hp. and i think the cam is pretty good!! well at least its not as retarded as my previous one. so now i dun have to bring my cam ard alr! my hp is as good as the cam! =)

anw 3 on 3 is VERY tiring. i dun think i can last for even half of the game. too exciting for the weak hearted like me. coz the pool size will be reduced to half. so if kanna fastbreak, thats it. the opponent can juz give a long shot and we are gone. which i hope it wun happen during the game. ha.

oh and this is my dreammmm car! caught my eyes while i was in my sis's car a few days ago. loveeeee it!

a very very merry christmas to all!! hope everyone is having a blessed holidays with their friends and family and get all the presents they ever wanted!!=)

went to town ytd with chit. topshop is having sales!!! yippeeee!! and i got myself a top for just 9 bucks =)). junyanny joined us later in the afternoon and chit managed to get her present for this friday's gathering. and i haven found anything. im quite panicky now coz thurs is the only day i can get if not.. hmm maybe topshop voucher? which i dun think she ll get anything from there. oh well.

anw, i finally got my sony ericsson k770i!!! =)) i chose the brown one and chit!! the purple one is really sold out. OMG!! i think the purple is damn ugly can. LOL. im happy with my hp nowww =)

oh and i didnt know town is that happening on a christmas eve. super duper crowded everywheree! and lp hates crowds. so after i had gotten my hp, i treated my mum dinner at soup spoon and den rushed home to watch my golden path. kc was so shock to see me online coz he expected me to like go out and countdown to xmas.which i totally dun get it. why do pple actually countdown to xmas and not for maybe halloween or perhaps deepavali? i mean its perfectly fine to countdown for birthdays or new yr but for festive seasons? i think its silly.

alright. its 1246pm now. and i have to rush down to ntu for trng. yes! on a x'mas summore. sighpie. and im alr damn tired after my run this morning. RAH!!

haven been blogging for such a longggggg time. have been really busy this week and by the time i reached home, im just too lazy to log into blogger. yes. i guess im just plain lazy. oh dear. lol

so we had out ntu team's x'mas cum hat party at rudith's place. and chit and i made sausages plus potatos plus pasta sauce for the potatoes (we wanted to make sth like those delifrance's potatoes uknow! but we failed terribly) plus brownies for the potluck!! wow!! ok lah not a lot. we reached her place at abt 5 plus and we watched death note (how christmassy is that!!) while waiting for the rest to come. wh and mary came next and wh was wearing his mask (i think it was actually for halloween. LOL). den huili. and finally our dearrr elaine and joanne. and den we started our gift exchange!! and chit's so smart lah! she guessed it was me. though i seriously dun rmb giving her any obvious hints. and she said i did anyway. -_-. and my secret santa is eliza!! somehow i knew it was her. coz she kept asking me wad i wanted. but i really do like the necklace. thanks =))

oh yes! and we had a few games of twister. and its really funny how some of us were out/won during the game. wn was once out coz chit gave her a jiayou push and she just fell flat onto the ground. elaine won coz her butt was facing joanne and she saw *ahem*. and a few of us got entangled by not our component but our own limbs. LOL. plus a few of us actually tried the diff ways to increase our strength. and i had to arm wrestle with chit. and since im such a ruo nu zi as compared to chit, i lost. so i had to turn 10 rounds clockwise which is proven that it will help to increase one's strength. and when i was done with my 10 rounds, i was so giddy that i even had trouble placing my hand onto hers, let alone arm wrestle with her. LOL. but it was a pretty fun night. thnks rudith for being such a good host for the day.

it has been a while since i last met my dear gess canoeing mates, especially renying, jessine, chaikee and our dear mr alex chua. its a very nice, fuzzy and comfortable feeling when i met them. well, though we haven met each other for such a longggg time, we at least didnt feel awkward/ run out of topics when we were at alex chua's place.

renying (or rather her bf) picked me up after i was forced by my granny to go over to my uncle's place to eat tangyuan since it was dong zhi. its the first time i went to alex chua's new place. oh well. the last time i went to his place was like 2 yrs ago!??! when his place was still at simei. -_-. when we reached his place, the rest were bz playing matong taidi. so ry and i were playing with jethro, chua's second son. he's so cuteeeee. he cant really speak yet, but he really likes taking photos. well at least he actually stood there and let me take a pic of him. unlike max who always tries to cover himself or run away when i took out my cam (until chit caught his attention by using her *secret weapon*). lol. and jethro has a funny habit of licking the seasoning of the pringle's potato chips and leaving them on the floor. hmmmm. and he likes dogs too (not the real one though). oh man. i feel like hiding him in my bag and bring him home. =))

max is rather vocal. he talks alot. and in a very cute way!! when he came back with his mum, he actually ran in and waved to us and said we made a mess outside his house. and he told us to lower our volume when we spoke too loud. and when we hid his mcqueen toy (its his fav car), he started to panick and said that he couldnt live w/o his macqueen. oh and did i say that hes only 4? and hes alr so drama-mama. gosh.but hes damn cute lah.lol.

cant wait to meet them again. plus my dearest teammates. which will be like 5th jan when we gonna celebrate ry's birthday.and thats when im gonna meet my dear huiting whom i haven seen for like 57057408267085 days too. gosh. well i guess in 2008 ill see alot of my old friends since next yr is gonna be like every1's 21st birthday and most are gonna hold their bday party. wheEeEe =))

went for retail therapy today. suppose to get my sony ericsson k770i but smart me didnt bring my matric card. so didnt manage to buy it. oh well. got myself a zara top though plus a mango dress which i wonder when ill wear it. maybe i should just stop buying non-practical stuff. my gold dress plus my green top are still in my wardrobe UNTOUCHED. shucks!!

ANDDDD!! i saw nat ho again today!! oh no im not dreaming!! i was in the car with my sis when she saw him with pornsak at the taxi stand. and i tell u!! i was so tempted to ask my sis to stop the car and give them a lift! maybe hes on his way home. den ill know where he stays!! whahaha. i was so excited that i msg chit and xt. xt was such a wet blanket and said, "im sure he's taught not to get into a stranger's car!" oh well. maybe i can lure him in with my hello kitty marshmallow i just bot from isetan. oh xt its not cotton candy! lol. oh man. damn funny. is this fate or wad!! seeing him like twice this week. whahaha =))

and thanks mindy for the cheesecake cookies!! its very pleasure to see ya after such a longgg time =))
