updates for this week:
- finally research method has come to an end. i was pretty glad it ended well, though i forgot wat i wanna say during the presentation. lol. but there are still many tasks due during the next 2 weeks before exams. equities report. wealth planning report. comms presentation. comms quiz. equities quiz. korean esaay, listening and oral. OH DEARRRR
- i hurt my foot at home and its pretty swollen. now im like limping to and from school. im super hardworking yes thank you. so far i have seen 2 sinsei. and the medicine they applied is getting more smelly. i think they are trying to make my foot rot beyond recognition and den amputatate it. HAHA
- i got into sing investment for my PA. same as mindy. yiling and zhuen. relieved that i got my first choice but i still haven received anything from credit suisse. haiz. BUT its alright. my lunch buddies are settled. and i realised ps is gonna do her PA around that area tooo!! *beams*

as much as i wish i am an independent and optimistic person in front of others, i hope pple can gimme the assurance that i am not alone. all of a sudden, i could really feel how mindy felt at that point of time as written on her recent post. perhaps im asking too much, expecting pple to be there for me all the time. it makes me realise how vulnerable and weak i can be, and i hate this side of me. i really do. and i dun wan anyone, not a single one, to witness me this way.
GET A LIFE GAL!! eventually, in the real world, probably the only person u can rely on is urself.

i know i shouldnt be here. but i cant help it. im stuck with equities report once again. since the past one week i have been complaining to everyone i see abt equities, i might as well just blog about it and declare to the world!! whahaha. ok im mad. i have currently incurred a sleeping debt and it is expected to increase at an exponential rate that i can only pay back after 24th april. oh yes. 24th april. thats like one month away. =(
played against RT and scary team after our 7 hr longgg research method meeting with our 4 member group. its stressful playing against them, especially when u know one of them will be in our group and we have to beat them in order to go to the next round. last night, it was just bad passes, bad shots and slow turnover for me. 10-3-10 game is way toooo longgg, and there was only one sub. haiz. competition is just 2 weeks away and i dun feel prepared for it. as usual.
up till now, i haven received anything from credit suisse. im getting worried. in fact very worried. i was just wondering which will be worse, getting a letter telling u that u are rejected or having no news at all. ill prefer the first option. at least just get rejected and move on to phase 2. now i keep logging on to webmail, wishing that i receive a letter that says "congratulations.... ". or maybe i should just forget abt it. wad is the chances of me getting into cs even if im called for an interview? like 0.7387894675629% can. maybe i should just pray hard that for phase 2 ill get either of my first 2 choices and that's Hong Leong and Sing Investment.
now, here i am at holland v starbuck, sipping my coffee, enjoying the song thats playing in my itunes - "Goodbye Mr Lawrence". its like THE SONG of our research method group. every1 seems to have it. LOL. its actually the song played during the trailer for the leap years. sad song. sad lyric. totally fits the mood i have thats gonna last for at least the next one month. haiz.
i need sth to cheer me up. maybe a DBSK mastercard. wanna see how it looks like? here it is....
cool or wad!! i want that for my 21st birthday!! hahaha -____-. ok enough of insanity. back to equities, equities and more equities. Ascott should just pay us big bucks for evaluating it. alright. like wad zy always says, 'MAKE IT WORKKKK.'

haven been blogging for days. hmmm im getting reallyyyy lazyyy and busy (of coz) these days. comms skills is damn irritating with 8708750623 assignments every week and im kinda lost for equities (im still lost actually and so here i am taking a break from equities). korean is getting more difficult every lesson. and im pretty worried for wealth planning as well. oh yes. plus research method. exams are just one mth away and competition is like 2 weeks away. i seriously need help to survive this coming month man. =/
and oh. so this week's the start for phase 2. the companies for phase 2 are quite cmi but who am i to complain seriously. credit suisse is currently sending out emails telling the participants whether they have passed the first stage (which is the test we took during recess week) and i have yet to receive mine. perhaps its a good news since i have heard that those who received were rejected. oh wells. i dunno. im still very worried about it. like u know, i even wondered if i have written my name on the paper. if i did, den why haven i received anything from them yet? or maybe coz my surname is yew so ill be the last fewww to receive the letter. haiz some1 pls pls pray for me!! =(
ok enough of complaining. shall go back to equities project. RAHHHH

its very weird, when some mary/jane approached u and asked for ur sis's number.
i was at the bazaar with chit this afternoon and a couple of gals actually came up to us and asked me for my sis's number(coz today's janus's bday and they had prepared a surprise for him). i was pretty shocked intially coz they kinda knew that im their teacher's sis (and i dunno why!!) but i just gave them anyway. told my sis abt it and that was wad she said.
sis: wah.. you are famous now! be careful! you're being stalked!
me: oh yar.. i was pretty disappointed actually. i tot they wanna ask me for my autograph but...
sis: -____-
and this isnt the first time!! once my sis told me that one of her students actually reads my blog (which i have no idea who and maybe shes reading this now tooo). also, my sis also informed me that her ex student was in the same module as me last sem and even told my sis abt me. gosh. this is very weird. imagine pple reporting to ur sis without even knowing who they are. hmmmm...
anw, ytd was the third time at the control unit. and all 3 of us had to take the jab again. although its super embarrassing to say this, i admit that im still pretty scared of needles. and this friday, i have to go back for another checkup. i wonder when all these will end. seriously. i dun like that place! ):
oh yar. i just had a new haircut (ok maybe not) plus highlight! but very few pple realised the change!!! rahhh. ok not much change actually. i wanted a new hairstyle and initially the hair on my right was longer than the left and now its the opposite and i have a little red pigtail (is it called a pigtail??) on the right. wad a DRASTIC change can!?!?! -___-
ok. enough of complaining. but b4 i end i wanna complain oneeee lastttt timeeeee

i am seriously getting lazyyyy these days. oh well. ITS RECESSS WEEKKKK!! so uni students like us should take this opportunity to nuaaa as much as possible. yes yes!?!? *BEAMS* but actually i haven been nua-ing lah. i seemed to have sth on almost everyday and i cant believe its saturday NOW and im gonna start school in two days time. oh man. PLS KILL me. sighness. and its not getting better when u are down with a TERRIBLE flu and u still have to go to school to take a stoopid equities quiz (a 5 mcq test). and guess wad!! i spend like 2.5 days reading up my textbook and notes for this 5 mcq quiz. oh well. maybe i shouldnt complain. at least this quiz made me read thru my textbook which i think ill touch it only a week b4 my exam if not for the quiz. LOL
went to smu for the aptitude test by credit suisse on tuesday. seriously, my chances of being called for an interview is pretty low. though i heard that they accept as many as 60-70 students each year, mindy said that 40 of them were from smu. so the remaining 20-30 were split among the nus and ntu students. and since i am like competing with super pro pple like andrew, zy and the bnf club pple, i guess i shouldnt set my hopes too high and prepare for phase 2.
ok. since today is 1st march and ytd was the leap yr (ok no link), i shall make a resolution!! =)
I, Lee Peng, shall start mugging really hard for my coming exams, starting from today.
