oh man. the news is getting pretty depressing these days. last night, another guy from ntu was found dead in his room. another suicide case in ntu within a week. goshh. what is the world turning into? its like one case leading to another - reminds me of what happened in korea when one celebrity committing suicide resulted in a series of other celebrities killing themselves (like they will think,"oh. this person die becoz of blah blah blah. so i should kill myself too."). i hope this will be the last one man. =/
went for the career 2009 with jh mindy and tongtong this afternoon. as expected it was super crowded and those who were applying for jobs in the IRs were mostly in their 30s-40s. i saw one lady pushing her pram across the crowd, which is quite saddenning. like she needs the income to support the family plus her child and she has to compete with youngsters like us. makes me wanna go home and u know, not fight with pple who really seriously need a job. ok i need a job too, but not as bad as them.
so i have given my particluars to the IRs. the positions they offered really varies and tongtong and i had a good time laughing abt it. positions includes doorman, bellman, hostess!?!?, dealer, performer (i can totally imagine tong2 carolling during xmas! hahaha!). too bad i didnt apply for housekeeping or else i would have become executive housekeeper or sth. ha they make the name sound so nice can. RW is quite funny. we even had to write our height for positions in the casino. maybe in case the bar stool's too high for us or sth. LOL
my hp is gg crazy. i cant send msges out so pple pls dun think that i dao-ed u or sth. im still considering whether i should service my hp (its SE btw) or just upgrade my plan and get a new hp. but now im sure the service centre will be damn crowded since its the weekends. =/ shall wait till monday i think.
giving tuition tmr. sec 1 science. pls let it turn out good.
