so i immediately went to meet chit and jingxiu after my seafood dinner with my uncle, grandma and the cousins. had supper at xinwang cafe. ordered our fav mango ice and again, we toppled it. LOL. tried their timsum for the first time and it was pretty disappointing. but i loveee the peanut butter toast and the hk iced milk tea. shiokkk. i wanna have that for bf every morning!! but ill definitely grow fat in erm a week? LOL
left the cafe at ard 1145 and we had a slowww walk towards the flyer. we ended up standing outside john little and decided to climb up the stairs to get a better view of the fireworks. but in the end we could only catch a glimpse of the reflection. LOL. so we hurriedly ran towards the esplanade direction again and i tell u it was super crowded!! but the fireworks were awesome. prettier than last last yr! its jy's loss that he decided to miss it. ha
after that, we slowly made our way to the mrt station and i think we took almost 45 mins to walk from marina to city hall. it was so crowded!! i swear that when i get rich one day, ill book a room at swissotel and enjoy the fireworks w/o having to squeeze with pple. IF I GET RICH ONE DAY... lol
stayed over at michelle's place after the countdown. supposed to write a letter to ps but i ended up watching hana yori danga for like erm 2 hrs? lol. and mich had to pause the show so that i could finish writing. anw i didnt manage to get much sleep. its like when u pass a certain time, u just wun wanna sleep anymore. mich is the best! she didnt even sleep at all!! was busy doing up the photo frame from scratch and den drove all of us to the airport! and her driving skills are excellent! so smooth that i even managed to sleep for the whole journey. not every1 can actually do that uknow!
so we reached the airport at ard 530 am?? the cp team was there to send her off too. and ps actually admitted that she chose such a queer timing so that not many would be there to send her off! but surprise!! most of us managed to make it though. and SHANNIE BUNNIE!! U WILL BE GREATLY MISSED BY ME!! TAKE CARE WHILE U ARE IN CANADA!! FUNNIE HUNNIE SHANNIE BUNNIE ROCKS! =)
