oh well.. it has been ages since i last blogged. random updates for the past few days =)

a ball hit my last finger and its like purple and swollen now. boohoo
went with krystle for her church stuff. played games. taboo. sudoku. skits. pretty fun. oh. had yusheng too
sis bought the dopod phone. its pda cum hp. pretty cool but quite bulky too
mugged at coffeebean on sunday. oh u can call me mugger yew from now on =)
had maths project on monday and we spent like 2 hrs waiting for one of our grp members. VERY GOOD
went all the way to marina square to cut hair coz i feel like it. i guess i pretty enjoy randomness too
met up wif my nj classmates. meilian, daisy, bliss, xiaotian, wangyi and sile. had nydc and a cake from bakerzin. i think my acting is good. daisy can actually believe that i wanna go BK and get my mudpie when i was freakin full. actually i wanna distract her. baahaahaa. too gullible lah she
went back to nj this morning. oh i can still fit into my nj skirt!! =) saw andrew on my way to skool. anw the skool has changed alot. caifan auntie cant recognise us. the canteen is like disguisingly colorful. it even has a plasma tv lah!! nj PE t shirt has also changed. they now sell shoebags as well. and the bookshop now has aircon!! is that cool or wat!?!?
im stressed!! like seriously. this recess week is like no recess week. got comm mgmt presentation and stats test (like wat ym said,"im totally prepared. prepared for the worst." next week. mkting project presentation the following week. submit maths project the 3 rd week. sometimes i juz wish this sem will end asap. it sucks.
i need a mugger partner. im serious.
went to the gym just now. did my FAVOURITE assisted pull up. and i swear im gonna ache like mad tml.

ok we seriously dun look alike at all!!

happy chinese new year to all!!

sigh alright i know.. this yr seriously dun haf any qi fen. damn sad. and the worst part?? the cny songs are making me crazy. freaking irritating i tell u. i nv like cny songs. so yar.

haven been updating for a reallyyy longgg timeee.. seriously. oh yar!! im proud to announce that im now the owner of 2 DRESSES!! hohoho.. damn proud of myself!! and i wore them on the first 2 days of cny.. and now i wonder when i can wear them again.. hmmmm...

so now the cny break is over.. and im still in the holiday mood.. hmm well recess week is just next week!! hohoho.. sigh ntu should be like nus and just have the recess week this week as well.. but anw we ll lose out.. so maybe not..

i just had my marketing presentation - ben and jerry's. seriously i didnt prepare much for my speech. im just gonna crap when i present. and in the end i juz read of the slides. haha. and when i wanna elaborate i suddenly forgot wat i wanna say and i juz ended off wif " oh yep". super funny. the best part?? hy actually called me during the Qn & Ans section.. damnit!! i forgot to off my hp. aiya hack lah!! its not assessed anw. will do much better the next one. which is assessed. and the tutor thought that we did alot of research (which we didnt) and made alot of preparation for this presentation (which we didnt as well). and he stated that we were erm good speakers and managed to have eye contact with audience. wat rubbish. i think i had eye contact with the slides most of the time. anw its a good sign. our grp has finally learnt the art of smoking for presentation. ok utter rubbish.

then

went over to ps's place to celebrate cny.. we had steamboat!! as well as yu sheng!! ok thats not the main point. the main focus is that im finally able to see my teammates!! =) i miss them loads.. seriously!! but its so freaking hard to meet up coz we are in diff skools and diff timetables. now our recess week are also different. damn sian can!!

sm joined us much later as she had trng over at macritchie until like 7??!! and their trng program damn scary can. 5 sets 500m. 4 sets 250m. 10 sets of 10 cycles stationary with 10sec rest. sth like that. i suddenly forgot how trng was like back in nj. perhaps sth like this or even worse. anw i dun think i can survive like 2 sets of 500m right now! with my fitness and everything. oh!! i heard that sm as well as yh are taking part in t2 500m. lucky i didnt join. =p perhaps ill take part in db?? sigh i dunno seriously. its all about the head and the heart thing again.. hate it when i have to make such a difficult decision.

so i guess it was a misunderstanding. oh well. cant blame me for thinking that way. coz i really felt it was directed at me. maybe i was over sensitive but that doesnt mean that ur comment is totally right.

anw, was reading the 8 days mag and i came across ' 7 habits of highly act-cute stars in asia' haha.. damn funny.

went shopping with mindydy after lecture. one word: SHIOK!! i lovee retail therapy (but my wallet is gonna hurt real bad!!) bought a t-shirt as well as a pair of glittery slippers (oh i loveee that pair!! =)) hy wanted me to help her bring her macbook for service again as the screen went blank after it was on and the service provider actually asked me to bring back the macbook to save all the data b4 bringing it back to wheelock. GREAT. means i have to bring it along wif me while i shop! imagine carrying wif u an almost 2 kg laptop while u shop. like carrying dumb bell can!! to hy: u owe me dinner k! i want NYDC baked rice!! =)

i loveee shopping with mindy!! we can talk abt everything under the sun - our tutorial mates, our aspirations, our experience. everything!! cant believe that we have so many things in common.. =) surprisingly..

sometimes its really freaky to read other pple's blog.. its like u thought the person is pretty ok until u start reading his blog. den u realise hes actually not wat u think he is. happens to me a couple of times. anw being in a relationship doesnt always require intimacy involving physical contact. normal to u doesnt mean normal to me. and if im not able to accept it doesnt mean u can say that im not prepared to be in a r/s in the next few years. there's no link at all.. coz to me, being in a r/s means being able to trust and provide emotional support for each other. these are definitely more impt than erm physical contact? and b4 u say that pple are underestimating u, maybe u should just reflect on what u have done. period.

so today is v day!! a day which erm i dun really fancy not coz i dun haf a hot date but how pple are over rating it, thus making it toooo commercialised. like a stalk of rose can cost almost 10 bucks!! thats crazy!! ( well this might not be true IF i get attached. and i think its not gonna be in the near future..) so its alright not having a date tonight coz i got MY GIRLS to accompany me and thats more than enough!! =)

had marketing lesson when andrew called me to ask me bring mindy to popular after tutorial.. but in the end he went all the way to the tutorial room (when he doesnt have skool that day) and gave mindy a very pleasant surprising by showing up with a bouquet of her fav flowers!! so sweet lah!! GO MINDY!! ur les partner here will support u all the wayyyyy!! *beams*

went wheelock nydc with chit to meet hy and joanne.. although we met up for an hour or so i have to say that i totally enjoyed myself. =) we did alot funny stuff. we were freaking high i tell u! i so loveee being with them!! =) thanks for making this yr's v day such a special one!!

it has been a while since i last blogged. so.. shall have a quick and random update!! =)

SATURDAY
went shopping with my sis. it has been ages since i last went out with her. yep. i miss shopping with her!! =( and i have spent a whooping $150 bucks!!! got myself 2 formal pants, a dress (omg!! im now an owner of 2 dresses and im gonna wear them on cny. so cooooool) and 2 tops from zara (hey pple!! muz really go zara now like NOW!! they have like quite a new range of shirts and each only costs as low as 17 bucks!!) i loveeeeee retail therapy!! makes me happy!! =)
oh i loveee yami yoghurt tooo.. and carl's junior!! baahaahaa =)

SUNDAY
supposed to go chc with krystle tgt with ian and kc (well.. i ran out of excuses to reject her) but stupid kc ps me. chc was a ok. pple are nice and super duper friendly but hmmm i find it quite awkward?? i guess krystle could feel that i was pretty uneasy too.. and oh!! i received a bottle of cif from chc (u noe cny is here and they actually encourage us to help out in spring cleaning). quite innovative i muz say. met a few of krystle's friends whom they claimed they were from nj as well.. oh gosh!! i didnt noe they existed (ok my bad!!) well.. i suddenly recalled that i took some personality test and i failed quite terribly for social awareness.. hmmm.. NOW I KNOW WHY!!!

went out with ian and kc later and we went food republic! well ian is such a mountain tortoise.. he hasnt been there before!!! had my usual korean food (well actually im kinda sick of it alr) and kc kept insisting that im evil coz i kept threatening him (well he is my sis's ex student).. but hes full of crap!! like seriously!! but hes quite a farny guy lah.. one of those guys whom i can click very well with though we met like only the 3rd time??

MONDAY:
had tea with yvonne.. well i suddenly miss cj bakery.. now yvonne's the supervisor and things have changed tremendously.. she was telling me her difficulties (like having to tolerate ahem's behaviour, how the management has changed and the preparations for cny) and all i could was juz listen.. sometimes i just feel that i fail very badly as a friend.. like i juz cant contribute and help lessen her workload.. makes me feel like a useless friend. not only for this situation but for many others as well.. like some of my friends are currently facing some family and r/s problems and all i can do is to offer emotional support.. but is that sufficient?? i wanna do more but how??

went vivo on sat tgt with jingxiu and chit!! wanted to go bugis but since chit had not been to vivo (shes such a mountain tortoise.. hohoho) we decided to go there.. went food republic for lunch.. and the lightings were so so gorgeous!! had the most expensive laksa (udon) which cost 7 bucks a bowl.. and it was only so-so.. damn sad can!!! the only meat i saw was the prawn.. and i had to really dig to find it.. we concluded that we were paying more for the ambience.. maybe 3 for the bowl of laksa.. 1 for the aircon.. 2 for the lightings and maybe another 1 for cleaning up.. should haf ordered my korean food lah!!! sigh sigh

oh tt hk actor is so so shuai!! me jx and chit juz stood there for half an hour and kept taking photos of them!!! can go sell at ebay or sth!! muahahaha.. oh we also went to the new shop river island. saw carrie chong and daniel ong (it was my lucky lucky day!!!).. clothes there were pretty ok.. its similar to those at zara.. but the prices were ridiculous.. one plain top can cost like 50 bucks!??!?! siao seriously...

met up wif ian and kc at cine.. tot it would be awkward but hmmm it turned out ok.. lol.. i have no idea why ian loveeee cine.. freaking boring can!! might as well juz meet at holland v or sth.. sigh sigh.. i can imagine ian giving me the " wat???? holland v again!?!?!?" -_- we later went to some wulupandan place near ps to play pool.. but it was freaking longgg queue.. in the end we were in the arcade.. funny how impressed they were when i beat them in isshibashi.. hohoho.. i have been playing that since sec skool days k.. den we went on to starbucks to juz sit and talk.. asked kc wat kinda gals hes interested in.. maybe ill be nice and help him find one in ntu or sth.. and i was impressed with the ans he gave me.. as in i didnt really expect him to say that but yar.. "im looking more into character rather than looks.. beauty will usually fade off after some time but wat actually makes u wanna stay wif her is her personality".. how very true.. totally changed my impression of him...

i so loveeeee our tutorial class!! =)

so i met up wif my tutorial mates at west mall so that we can go over to krystle's place.. met chunhow over there too.. hes still the same.. and i haf no idea why he insisted that he couldnt recognise hy and chit when we met at je earlier this year.. hmmm..

ok the beginning part of the party was rather awkward. managed to meet up with the 1.8m guy (erm i forgot his name.. =p). not that im looking forward to it but yar, its krystle's idea.. i felt like i was gg for some blind date and NOT a birthday party.. and pls stop introducing me guys!!! it really felt like its some matchmaking session.. luckily andrew sat beside me and he got my hint.. thx!! =) actually i realised hes actually the guy who sat beside me during the xmas performance at CHC.. and i rmb that time yw sent me some msg "the one sitting next to u is that 1.8m guy." and u noe. the 'm' after 1.8 can actually mean alot of things. and of coz i tot of 1.8 METERS and i was like wateva back to yw.. now i realise its actually 1.8 MILLION and not 1.8 METERS.. oh well.. thought it was pretty funny.. =)

den we had dinner.. my fav part of the dinner??? CHOCOLATE FONDUE!!! and as usual, all of our tutorial mates juz gathered ard it as well it was specially prepared for us.. =p gossipped a little and as usual, we tok abt hs.. this was this gal who actually claimed to be hs's friend said that hs is actually quite nice, just that she's friendless.. dont u think that this sentence is kinda contradicting?? i mean if u are her friend u wun say that she's friendless right?? and most of us can feel her sarcasm in her tone.. alright.. now im seriously very wary of the friends im gonna make in uni.. if a person is too nice to u, either he has a motive or he's gonna backstab u real soon. alright too much war and beauty.. bahahaha

after all that chocolate, we became high.. like SERIOUSLY HIGH!!! we were suddenly so into bollywood and we did so many crazzzzy stuff!! recorded the whole scene and it was super farny.. the way krystle and yw running around the tree and den do some farny action.. and how the rest of the guys tried to imitate kuggy bear... HILARIOUS!! those who wanna watch pls pay S$500. cheques can also be accepted.. =)
